Changing Lifestyle? Why not?

In difficult times like today, it is important for us to always maintain social distancing. #stayathome and indeed if you have to go out, don't forget to wear a mask. In addition, of course, the best way to survive is to adopt a healthy lifestyle. It's not difficult, right? Here are the steps for adopting a healthy lifestyle:

a. Consume Fruits and Vegetables and Drink a Minimum of 8 Glasses of Water

Fruits and vegetables contain lots of vitamins, minerals and fiber which are very important for our bodies. Eating fruits and vegetables can increase immunity. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is highly recommended by health experts. Especially during a pandemic like now water is useful so that all systems in the body run smoothly and perfectly. Mindset can affect a person's health. People who think positive tend to be healthier, they can handle stress well. People who think positive are also easier to adopt a healthy lifestyle, so they are not far from disease.

Those are things that seem simple enough to do but will have a good impact on our daily lives if done regularly.
